About the role
Welwyn Grange is a newly opened care home providing residential, nursing and support care. As a Care Assistant, you will support residents with dignity, respect and kindness, helping them feel safe, comfortable and at home.

What you will do
Your day-to-day duties will include:

Being a caring and friendly listening ear, helping residents feel that Welwyn Grange is their home

Empowering and supporting residents to make their own choices

Helping residents with daily activities such as washing, dressing and eating
What we are looking for
To be successful in this role, you will:

Have previous care home experience

Have a good work ethic and strong communication skills
