Welwyn Grange has been named National Finalists in The National Care Awards for the Dignity & Respect Award.
This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting residents to live fulfilling lives while maintaining their dignity, independence and privacy, and reflects the dedication and care shown by the entire Welwyn Grange team.
At the heart of our nomination are several initiatives that are making a meaningful difference to the people we support. At Ashridge Apartments, we enable couples to continue living together when traditional care arrangements may otherwise separate them. Our Households at Welwyn Grange provide residents with a genuine sense of home, bringing like-minded people together to live well in a comfortable and welcoming environment.
We are also proud of our #NoFacesFeatured approach, which ensures residents can enjoy their lives with dignity and privacy without feeling that their faces need to be shared across social media.
